The Story Behind The Scroll
Penelope started with a simple idea, take the traditional cinnamon scroll and make it soft and unforgettable.
What began as a tiny bakery experiment turned into lines of people waiting for warm scrolls and selling out before lunch.
Every scroll is baked fresh, layered with buttery dough, rolled thick, and finished with generous toppings.
